MBE for Rumbletums Trustee

We are proud to announce that Fiona George, trustee and volunteer, has been appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the King's New Year Honours list for 2026 for her services to Special Educational Needs at Rumbletums Community Café & Training Project.

This honour is in recognition of Fiona's outstanding commitment to improving the lives of our trainees through their training and work experience at Rumbletums. ensuring that young people with special educational needs are supported, valued and encouraged to achieve their potential. Her hard work has also helped Rumbletums to thrive as a warm, welcoming hub, that positively impacts so many people in our community.

We are delighted that Fiona’s hard work and dedication have been recognised at the highest level.
