Rumbletums Café is a thriving local Charity in the heart of Kimberley. We offer job training and work experience in our café to young people with a learning disability. Those who train with us develop their communication skills, confidence, literacy and numeracy, and a range of life-skills, through our individualised training programme. We see young people becoming part of the community, engaging with work and thriving in society.

We are seeking someone to bring their skills and experience to Rumbletums. We are particularly interested in individuals with a knowledge of young people with a learning disability and an understanding of the range of issues they may face; and a proven record of effective management, with the ability to deliver agreed objectives, manage agreed budgets, set appropriate priorities and effectively handle a demanding and varied range of issues.

We would love to hear from you if you:

• care about young people with a learning disability becoming the best they can be
• are passionate about your local community
• have the skills, experience and commitment to effectively manage Rumbletums activities on a day-to-day basis, and to ensure our trainees receive appropriate training and development during their time with us.
