Social Souls
Social Souls is a day opportunity provision for people with learning difficulties/disabilities and/or autism. Working alongside local groups and communities we can provide a range of activities with the aim of promoting inclusivity and independence. Members are encouraged to develop life and social skills. and we provide opportunities and activities to enhance their wellbeing and self-esteem.
We provide a range of weekly and/or daily activities, chosen and decided by Social Souls members as per our timetable of activities and events.
We are based at Beeston Youth and Community Centre on Monday and Friday and The Haven Community Centre on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

Nottingham Mencap
Nottingham Mencap supports people with learning disabilities and autism throughout Nottingham and greater Nottinghamshire. We do this through a number of services:
- Day services based at our headquarters in Sneinton and at our Wilford site. Open to adults and young people aged 18+ and takes place Monday – Friday with a variety of activities such as cooking, swimming, music and drama to name just some. - Befriending: Community or home-based support for adults and children aged 5+. Activities are led by the person accessing the service and could include travel training, food shopping and meal prepping or support in accessing community events.
- Weekend youth groups: For children and young people aged 5 – 24 our youth groups offer a chance to socialise with peers, develop independence skills and engage in activities such as bowling, indoor golf, climbing and discos.

We support Learning Disabled and Autistic adults to gain work-readiness, social and independence skills. We use a person-centred approach to help our members build confidence and grow their potential.

FTM Dance
We encourage individuals to express themselves through Dance, Drama, Music and Sensory sessions. All our sessions are fun, with elements of learning and development. In all our sessions we adapt the activity to suit individuals needs and abilities. We offer:

Space Inclusive
Space Inclusive is an East Midlands based support provider for people who have a learning disability and autism.
Portland Pathways
Pathways is a five times award-winning community focused initiative which aims to improve employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
We deliver courses to help our customers develop their skills and prepare for employment. Our Rebuilding Mental Health courses support people to improve their mental health and our 1:1 counselling service enables people to overcome barriers to employment.
We also work with local businesses to help them become more accessible and to recruit the right staff for their roles.
